If you are looking to become a secret agent in Club Penguin, here is what you need to do.

• Wait until you are 30 days old
• Click gold "M" in the upper right hand corner
• Select "Become Secret Agent
• Question 1: "Honest"
• Question 2: "Being Mean or Rude"
• Question 3: "Report them"
• Question 4: "Saying their address"
• Question 5: "I want to keep Club Penguin Safe"
• Question 6: "I want to help other penguins"
• Log out
• Log back in

If done correctly, you should now have a secret agent spy phone which allows you to teleport to HQ and other places.

If your account is less than 30 days old you can ask someone who is already a secret agent to send you an invitation. First you must be his/her friend, then he/she should send you a "epf recruitment" postcard, that will cost his/her 10 coins.

The EPF headquarter is located at Ski Village-> Everyday Phoning Facility, most penguins there are secret agents, you can try to ask an invitation, good luck!
